Section Description
This is the basic course in Constitutional Law. It explores the Constitution, its foundations in consent, its federal structure, its authorizations of power, and its limitations on power, including the separation of powers, checks and balances, and constitutional rights. Also included will be questions of interpretation, enforcement, and constitutional change.
