Section Description
This is the basic course in constitutional law, a foundation for more specialized courses on the Constitution and for public law courses generally. The course is divided roughly into "structure" and "rights." The first half of the course proceeds historically and focuses on questions of federalism and the separation of powers. The second half of the course focuses on individual and group rights, with an emphasis on discrimination based on race and sex.
