The annual one-week January Term allows for a deep dive into critical areas of law that students might not otherwise explore as part of their regular course of study. 

The one-week courses offered in January 2023 provided 2Ls, 3Ls, and LL.M.s the opportunity to intensively explore topics such as regulating cryptocurrencies, managing creative enterprises, and lawyering in the technology and venture capital space.

Led by Professor Matthew Waxman, the program focuses on a real-world approach to thorny issues of armed conflict, intelligence, and cybersecurity.
