Dean Lester welcomes the Columbia Law School community back to campus for the Fall 2021 semester. 

The arrival of the J.D. Class of 2024 and the LL.M. Class of 2022 was an occasion for inspirational speeches, campus tours, outdoor yoga, a food truck lunch, and advice from faculty and current students for making the most of the law school experience.

Dean Lester provides the community with an update on what to expect at the Law School in Fall 2021, particularly as it relates to public health. 

Every year, recent Columbia Law School graduates receive prestigious fellowships that support positions in public interest and public service organizations.

The Law School community recognizes hard-fought civil rights victories and the ongoing fight for racial justice.

The program seeks to partner with a local artist to create a new work inspired by the Law School community that will become part of Columbia’s permanent collection.

Columbia Law celebrated the graduation of the 2021 cohort of J.D., LL.M., and Executive LL.M. students with a virtual ceremony, featuring keynote speaker U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken ’88, on April 29, 2021.
