The first Lawyers, Community, and Impact discussion of the 2022–2023 academic year featured faculty discussing various areas of the law through the lens of Supreme Court cases from the previous term.
On September 21, Professors Gillian Metzger, Katherine Franke, Michael Gerrard, and Fred Smith discussed key Supreme Court decisions from the past term year and looked ahead to October Term 2022. The event was moderated by Professor Kathryn Judge with opening remarks from Dean Gillian Lester.
