Jonathan D. Schilller ’73 and Nina Shaw ’79 to receive Medal for Excellence
The Medal for Excellence, Columbia Law School’s most prestigious award, is presented annually to alumni and past or present faculty members who exemplify the qualities of character, intellect, and social and professional responsibility that the Law School seeks to instill in its students.
This year’s recipients are Jonathan D. Schiller ’73, managing partner at Boies Schiller Flexner LLP, and Nina L. Shaw ’79, founding partner at Del Shaw Moonves Tanaka Finkelstein & Lezcano. Dean Gillian Lester will present the award to these distinguished alumni at the Law School’s 70th Annual Winter Luncheon on February 22 at Cipriani 42nd Street.
