Section Description
This introductory course examines the legal organizations most often used by businesses in the United States, with an emphasis on corporations, and the law that governs these organizations. The goal of this course is to help you develop a basic understanding of the theory, doctrine, and practice of business law. It also provides a foundation for advanced business law courses including Mergers and Acquisitions and Securities Regulation.
