Columbia Law School professors Katherine M. Franke, Olatunde C. Johnson, and Carol Sanger discussed the U.S. Supreme Court decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization, which ended the constitutional right to abortion set out in Roe v. Wade nearly 50 years ago. The online program, held June 27, 2022, was moderated by Kathryn Judge, Vice Dean for Intellectual Life and Harvey J. Goldschmid Professor of Law.
