Section Description
This introductory course examines the legal organizations most often used by businesses in the United States, with an emphasis on corporations – but some comparison to other business forms and to financial structures. The goal of this course is to help you develop a basic understanding of the theory, doctrine, and practice of business law. It also provides a foundation for advanced business law courses including Mergers and Acquisitions and Securities Regulation.
