Section Description
This seminar will be devoted to an in-depth examination of a number of legal techniques that can be used to fight climate change, and current issues in climate law and regulation. Each student will be required to prepare a major paper on a cutting-edge issue in climate change law and regulation, selected by the student in consultation with the professor. Each week a one-page reaction paper on the assigned readings will be required. Several guest speakers will discuss cutting edge issues.
