Section Description
This colloquium introduces students to cutting-edge research in tax policy, and offers an opportunity for students to develop skills in reading and critiquing contemporary legal scholarship. Class sessions will consist of a mix of guest speakers presenting their research in progress and instruction aimed to introduce students to foundational concepts relevant to tax policy analysis. Students will submit response papers in advance of some class sessions, and are expected to actively participate during class discussions. Minor writing credit and LLM writing credit are available in this class.
