Prize-Winners in 1L Moot Court Program

WINNERS OF 2007-08 1L MOOT COURT PRIZES ANNOUNCED

September 15, 2008 (NEW YORK) -- Columbia Law School has announced the 2007-08 winners of the prizes for outstanding performance in the 1L Moot Court program.

Haft Foundation Moot Court First-Year Brief Prize, awarded to the first-year student who submits the best brief in Moot Court competition:
  • Adam B. Weiss ’10 (for the 2007-08 academic year)
Simon H. Rifkind Prize, awarded for the best overall performance in the first-year moot court program at Columbia Law School:
  • Megan A. Crowley ’10 (for the 2007-08 academic year)
  • Adriel I. Cepeda Derieux ’10 (for the 2007-08 academic year)
