Described by the financial press as the most important securities case in the last decade, Columbia Law Professors Merritt Fox and John Coffee will publish dueling points of view on Broudo v. Dura Pharmaceuticals in the February 2005 issue of The Business Lawyer. The case was argued before the U.S. Supreme Court on January 12, 2005.
