John Coffee Jr. Delivers Presentation on Systemic Risk and the Dodd-Frank Act to 2nd Circuit Judges
New York, June 7, 2012—Professor John C. Coffee Jr. today delivered the lead presentation analyzing the Dodd-Frank financial reform act during the annual judicial conference held by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit, which comprises the states of Connecticut, New York, and Vermont.
