Columbia Law Faculty File Solomon Amendment Brief

The Supreme Court is this Term considering a case involving the Solomon Amendment, the law which allows the federal government to withhold funding from universities which attempt to prohibit military recruiting.     

Fifty-six members of the Columbia Law School  faculty have filed a brief which proposes a novel theory of the meaning of the Solomon Amendment that would resolve the case in favor of the universities and law schools.
