CLS Grads Top Picks at Largest Firms

Columbia Law School graduates are the first choice of the nation’s 250 largest law firms when they hire first-year associates, according to The National Law Journal’s 2006 annual survey.

David M. Schizer, Dean and the Lucy G. Moses Professor of Law, cites the school’s remarkable applicant pool and the extraordinary training CLS provides, which prepares students for leadership in a range of fields.

The article “Largest Law Firms Hire from Elite Schools” will appear in the upcoming issue of The National Law Journal, which hits news stands on Monday, January 15.
