Nicole Molner

Nicole Molner is an associate in O’Melveny & Myers LLP’s New York office. Molner has experience representing clients from a range of industries in bankruptcy and restructuring matters, including cryptocurrency, governmental sectors, and financial services. Molner is part of the O’Melveny teams representing the Puerto Rico Fiscal Agency and Financial Advisory Authority in Puerto Rico’s historic Title III restructuring proceedings, major investment banking institutions in fraudulent transfer adversary proceedings, and a sophisticated creditor in the aircraft industry in a contested matter involving post-petition lease obligations. Molner also engages in pro bono immigration matters. Prior to joining O’Melveny, Molner clerked for Judge Robert Grossman in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of New York and Judge Karen K. Specie in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of Florida. While in law school, Molner interned for Judge Cecelia G. Morris in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of New York. Molner received her B.A. in Geography, Political Science, and African American Studies from the University of Florida and her J.D. from Florida State University College of Law.
