Nick Moscow is an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York, where he has served since 2016.

After graduating from law school, Nick worked for the U.S. Department of State, helping to ensure the lawful and legitimate transfer of detention operations to Afghanistan's control.

Nick then clerked for Judge Richard Wesley of the Second Circuit Court of Appeals and Judge Valerie Caproni of the Southern District of New York. Following his clerkships, Nick was an associate in the white-collar criminal defense group of the New York office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.
