Nathaniel P.T. Read

Nathaniel P. T. Read is a litigation partner at Cohen & Gresser, a mid-sized international firm. He has significant trial experience in federal and state courts and international and U.S. arbitration forums. His practice covers all types of business disputes, particularly those involving securities, contracts, business torts, trademark and unfair competition, employment, real estate, and construction. He has also defended many products liability, mislabeling, antitrust, and other class actions for consumer products companies, telecommunications and other technology businesses, and major retailers. In addition, Read has extensive experience representing both companies and individuals in criminal and regulatory investigations and enforcement matters.

Read earned his B.A. in theater studies from Swarthmore College in 1995. He graduated magna cum laude from New York University School of Law in 2001, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif, a Florence Allen Scholar, and an executive articles editor of the New York University Annual Survey of American Law.
