Moran Ofir is an associate professor at the Harry Radzyner Law School, Reichman University. She holds a PhD in Finance from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Center for Rationality. She also holds a MBA summa cum laude (ranking first among all students) and LL.B. magna cum laude, both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She was a visiting scholar at the Oxford University Faculty of Law and she has been a research fellow at the Hauser Global Law School Program, New-York University.

Dr. Ofir specializes in Corporate and Securities Law, Law and Finance, Empirical Legal Studies, Behavioral Finance and financial decision making. Her research was featured in law reviews, finance journals, and the popular press.

In addition, Dr. Ofir is a member of the Counselling Committee to the Israeli Securities Authority (ISA) on Technology and Capital Markets and a member of the ISA Administrative Enforcement Committee (Capital Market Expert). She is a co-founder of the Israeli Women in Business Law Forum.
