Molly Schindler

Molly Schindler is appellate counsel at the Center for Appellate Litigation, where she represents indigent criminal defendants in different types of post-conviction litigation in New York County and the Bronx. She also co-coordinates Books Beyond Bars, a book distribution program for incarcerated clients.

Before joining CAL, Molly was a staff attorney with the Bronx Defenders Criminal Defense Practice. She received her J.D. from Columbia Law School, and a B.A. in Classics from Johns Hopkins University, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
