June Morgan Hu

June Hu is an associate in Sullivan & Cromwell LLP’s General Practice Group. She advises clients on a broad range of ESG, corporate governance, M&A and capital markets matters.
June holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School where she was a James Kent and Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and a recipient of the Jane Marks Murphy Prize. She earned her B.A. from Duke University.
