Joshua Haber

Joshua L. Haber is an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey. Before joining the U.S. Attorney’s Office, he served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Appeals Division of the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office and as an associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher. He also previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Chief Justice Stuart Rabner of the Supreme Court of New Jersey and as a foreign law clerk to the Honorable Asher Grunis of the Supreme Court of Israel. Joshua received his J.D. and LLM from Duke University School of Law, his Masters in Global Business Law from Sciences Po and the Sorbonne in Paris, and his B.A. from Johns Hopkins University.
