Esinam M. D. Agbemenu

Esinam Agbemenu is a Litigation Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. Esinam represents a wide range of clients in government investigations and complex commercial litigation matters, with particular focus on antitrust, securities, and insurance disputes. Esinam represents financial institutions and major corporations in state and federal courts across the U.S., and in matters involving the Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, and other regulatory agencies.

Esinam holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School where she was a James Kent and Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. She earned her B.A., with honors, from the University of British Columbia.
