Desiree Latzer

Desiree Grace Latzer is an Assistant United States Attorney for the United States Attorney's Office located in Newark, New Jersey. She is currently assigned to the Organized Crime and Gangs Unit, prior to which she served in the Violent Crimes Unit and the Appeals Division. Prior to joining the U.S. Attorney's Office, Desiree completed clerkships with the Honorable Morton I. Greenberg on the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the Honorable Stuart J. Rabner, Chief Justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court. Desiree also spent two years as a litigation associate at McCarter & English in Newark, New Jersey, where she focused her practice in product liability and business litigation. She is a graduate of the University of Maryland and Seton Hall University School of Law.
