Caroline Sandberg is a partner in the Corporate Department and the Finance Practice at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP, resident in New York. She joined Fried Frank in 2006 and become a Partner in 2015. Prior to joining Fried Frank, Ms. Sandberg worked as a corporate attorney in Stockholm, Sweden representing clients on a wide variety of corporate and commercial transactions.

At Fried Frank Ms. Sandberg represents lenders, private and public companies, and private equity sponsors on a broad range of financing transactions.

Clients turn to Ms. Sandberg in connection with syndicated and non-syndicated senior facilities, unitranche facilities, second lien facilities, and mezzanine financings, as well as structured preferred equity in connection with mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buy-outs, recapitalizations, and debt restructurings.

Legal 500 recognizes Ms. Sandberg in Finance: Commercial Lending. She was named to the Crain's New York Business list of “100 Notable Women” in 2020.

Ms. Sandberg received a Juris kandidat (LL.M. equivalent) from Uppsala University School of Law in 2002, a B.S. in Business Administration and Economics from Stockholm University in 2004 and an LL.M. degree from Columbia Law School in 2006.
