Professor Lee teaches courses in property, remedies, and intellectual property. He is an Associate Reporter for the American Law Institute’s Restatement (Fourth) of Property. His scholarship includes articles in the Texas Law Review, Michigan Law Review, Columbia Law Review, and in an Oxford University Press collection of papers on the philosophical foundations of property law.
Professor Lee holds a Ph.D. in philosophy from Princeton. Prior to entering legal academia, he served as law clerk to Judge Ralph K. Winter, Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. In law school, he was a Book Reviews and Features Editor for the Yale Law Journal.
