The Public Economic Law Colloquium is a yearlong faculty and student seminar where leading scholars and practitioners from across the country are invited to present works in progress and discuss law and policy issues. The topics of the presentations range broadly, but are generally in the areas of antitrust and trade regulation, the law of networks, platforms and utilities, financial sector law and policy, administrative law, corporate governance, intellectual property, tax, and trade and international economic law.
The Colloquium will be organized by Associate Professor Lina Khan in Fall 2025 and by Associate Professors Lev Menand and Lina Khan in Spring 2026, on Tuesdays from 2:20-4:10 pm in the Case Lounge (JGH 701). For further information feel free to contact Alykhan Pirani ([email protected]).
