Every spring, employers seeking summer interns or entry-level attorneys conduct "on-campus" interviews (OCI) with 1Ls, 2Ls, and 3Ls. Currently, Spring OCI is a virtual program, with interviews held on Flo Recruit in January and February.
In 2026, participating employers include public interest and government employers, including public defender organizations, district attorneys, general counsel offices, and more. Students bid for interview spots, which are then assigned by lottery.
2026 Spring OCI Timeline
January 5: Students can view participating employers and their assigned OCI interview dates in Symplicity
January 9-16: Student may bid for interview spots by submitting a resume
January 20: Students receive bidding results and interview schedules.
January 23-end of February: Interviews occur on employers' assigned interview dates
