CIAA warmly invites you to a lunchtime discussion and book launch celebrating Professor Mark Feldman’s book, "Reforming Arbitration Reform: Emerging Voices, New Strategies and Evolving Values" on Tuesday, February 10th.
Following an introduction by Professor George Bermann, the conversation will focus on Professor Feldman’s analysis of reform efforts in international arbitration, with particular attention to intersectionality, inclusion, and whose voices are represented in global dispute resolution. This will be an engaging opportunity for students interested in international law, arbitration, public policy, and equity in global legal institutions.
