Office of Judicial Careers Deadline for Class of 2027 Clerkship Applicants:
By Monday, June 1 at 12 PM ET, submit your paper and email PDF applications electronically to [email protected]. For paper applications, OJC will coordinate the addition of your LORs to print and ship a complete application to arrive in chambers when the Plan opens. OJC will also prepare your email applications and LORs to be emailed to chambers.
- Even if you are missing honors or grades, please submit your materials on time according to the appropriate deadline. If you receive an updated transcript with honors, please email it to OJC ([email protected]) and we will do our best to include it in your applications that will arrive in chambers by Monday, June 8. If you decide to update any other materials (resumes, for example) to reflect honors, please send an entirely new PDF application. Please note that if we receive updated materials on Friday or over the weekend for judges requiring paper applications, those will likely arrive in chambers after June 8, on a rolling basis. You may also mail or email any updates directly to chambers.
