Office of Judicial Careers Deadline for Class of 2027 Clerkship Applicants:
With approval of Judge List complete, 2L clerkship applicants should email their Mail Merge File (MMF) to each recommender’s faculty assistant (FA) and OJC ([email protected]). For adjuncts, visiting professors, lecturers, or non-CLS affiliates, please email your mail merge file to OJC at [email protected]. For clinical professors, please send it to [email protected]. Follow up directly with FAs regarding the status of your LORs. MMF should have tabs for paper and email applications.
NOTE: If you are only applying via OSCAR, there is no need to create a MMF. However, applicants must reach out to their recommenders' faculty assistants to request letters to be uploaded to OSCAR.
