Over the last year, the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has undertaken a number of policy shifts affecting the corporate governance landscape. In this lunch session, the Millstein Center will welcome Freshfields Partner and former Director of the SEC Division of Corporation Finance Erik Gerding for a discussion of these shifts. Columbia Law Professor and Millstein Center Faculty Co-Director Jeff Gordon will moderate the session, which is open to the entire Columbia Law community.
