Join Columbia Law School’s Human Rights Institute for a timely conversation on the recent landmark advisory opinions from the International Court of Justice (ICJ) and the Inter-American Court of Human Rights (IACHR). Featuring leading scholars Dr. María Antonia Tigre (Director, Global Climate Litigation, Sabin Center for Climate Change Law, Columbia Law School) and Kelsey Jost-Creegan(Supervising Staff Attorney, Human Rights Clinic, Columbia Law School), the panel will unpack the key findings, implications for climate justice and human rights, and the broader impact on global legal and advocacy strategies. This discussion will offer students and practitioners alike the chance to engage with cutting-edge analysis at the intersection of international law, climate change, and human rights.
