To what extent may libraries and archives reproduce copyrighted works and make them available to users? How does the type of work, its availability on the market, and the scope of libraries’ use (how broadly they make a work available) affect whether a library may avail itself of a copyright exception? Should publishers be restricted in the types of provisions that can be included in contracts with libraries?
Speakers: Jonathan Band, Policy Bandwidth and Terry Hart, Association of American Publishers
