The First Amendment Under Authoritarianism

Join professors Jamal Greene and David Pozen, Knight First Amendment Institute Staff Attorney Ramya Krishnan, and ACLU Senior Staff Attorney Emerson Sykes in a discussion on First Amendment rights under authoritarianism. The panel will center around free speech during the second Trump administration with a particular emphasis around student life, such as: protests on and off campus and subsequent penalties, online free speech and censorship, possible heightened penalties for international students, and democratizing the university as an institution.
