J.D. graduates who demonstrate serious commitment to, and preparation for, careers as public interest, government, or human rights lawyers are eligible for J.D. Pathways Fellowships, Max Berger '71 J.D. Pathways Fellowships, and Monica Shah '05 J.D. Pathways Fellowships.
Recipients work at a qualifying host organization in the U.S. or abroad for one year. The deadline to apply for 2026 is May 3, 2026. Open to members of the J.D. class of 2026 of any ABA-accredited law school in the United States.
