Section Description
The Advanced Appellate Litigation Clinic is an opportunity for students to build on the appellate- lawyering skills that they learned in the Appellate Litigation Clinic. Students in the advanced clinic may continue to work on clinic projects and will take on additional leadership roles within those projects.
Advanced clinic students also will have the opportunity to contribute to more complicated briefing or amicus work, lead in case selection, help develop appellate strategy for pending cases, and take on other appellate-reform projects. Advanced clinic students will also assist in the development or specific seminar sessions or course materials and resources for the Appellate Litigation Clinic. Students will be expected to develop with the professor a course of study based on their individual learning goals.
