Section Description

This course will provide an overview of the highly regulated environment that affects business transactions in healthcare. Students will complete the course with: (i) an understanding of the legal and regulatory issues that permeate healthcare transactions; and (ii) an understanding of the business decisions, planning and execution that are significantly affected by the regulatory environment.
