Supervised Research Paper

Maximum of 3 credits in a term and 4 credits in an academic year may be earned as part of the 19 non-class points allowed for J.D. credit (see Rules 1.1 and 1.5).

Written product (paper) required to earn credit for Supervised Research - see Rule 1.5.

Letter grade or CR/Fail option available upon consultation with supervising instructor.

When appropriate, unpaid internships may earn credit within this category if approved by a faculty member who agrees to supervise and grade a research paper in accordance with Rule 1.5.

LL.M. candidates undertaking supervised research register under L6691 Research for the LL.M. Degree.
