***This course is for Executive LLM students only*** This course, taught by an M&A partner with more than 20 years of experience, focuses on the practical aspects of private M&A transactions, taking students through the entire process of a deal, from drafting transaction documents to negotiating and closing deals. The course will examine hotly debated issues and provide an overview of the key concepts, drivers, and frameworks of corporate transactions. This course draws on real-world case studies and includes workshops on drafting provisions, analyzing contract breaches and negotiating cross-border transactions.
