Section Description

***This course is for Executive LLM students only*** This colloquium is a series of seminars, each devoted to a separate topic or skill that looms large in global business law. It serves as an integrative experience, bringing together the domestic and international issues studied in the doctrinal courses with leading attorneys and other business leaders who are focused on international transactions. The goal of the colloquium is to equip students with essential business skills and acumen as well as provide students with a concrete understanding of how the legal issues studied in the classroom present in practice.
