Section Description
This seminar will critically examine some of the theoretical issues and canonical ideas regarding intellectual property rights. Topics include: the definitions of intellectual property, theoretical justifications for intellectual property, the structures of the various forms of intellectual property rights, the optimal strength and duration of such rights, and remedies to protect them.
