All admitted and continuing students applying for any type of financial aid must complete this form, which is available from the Financial Aid Office.
- The questionnaire is available to entering J.D. students on the Admitted Student website or from the Financial Aid Office.
- Grant applicants should return the completed form by February 15 or immediately after admission.
- Students who plan on enrolling in the entering class and are applying only for loans should make every effort to submit it by May 15.
Upperclass students (2L’s and 3L’s) applying for any type of aid are asked to submit this form by May 15, along with all other required documents.
Transfer students and Graduate Degree Program students applying for loans should submit this form by May 15, or as soon as they know they will be attending Columbia Law School.
