Harlan Fiske Stone Honors Moot Court

The Final Round of the Harlan Fiske Stone Honors Moot Court Competition will take place on Tuesday, April 12 at 4 o'clock in Jerome Greene Hall, Room 104.

Craig Bucki & Ted Geiger, for the Petitioner, and Omid Nasab & Nicholas Ryan-Lang, for the Respondent, will argue Vercetti v. Ruge Defense Machines, Inc., a Products Liability case testing the limits of the Government Contractor Defense

Presiding will be Chief Judge Douglas Ginsburg, U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, Judge José Cabranes, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and Judge Rosemary Barkett, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
