This conference, sponsored by the Center on Corporate Governance, will examine the current status of, and issues facing, the major professions serving investors: accounting, law, and securities analysts. The impact of Sarbanes-Oxley and other reforms will be assessed and debated. Law professors and practitioners from around the country have been invited to participate.
