Dean Schizer Moderates Forum Among Manhattan District Attorney Candidates

New York, June 30, 2009 -- David Schizer, Dean and the Lucy G. Moses Professor of Law at Columbia Law School, moderated a forum June 24 with the three candidates vying for the Democratic nomination for Manhattan District Attorney. During the event, organized by the West Side Council of Orthodox Jewish Organizations (COJO), and held at The Jewish Center, Schizer posed questions to Leslie Crocker Snyder, Richard Aborn, and Cyrus Vance Jr.  Outgoing District Attorney Robert Morgenthau has held the post since 1975. The Democratic primary will be held Sept. 15.
