On April 22nd, the Columbia Business Law Review presents its Spring Symposium "Counseling the Public Corporation After Sarbanes-Oxley." The program will bring together legal and accounting professionals from top New York and Washington law firms, companies, and the Securities and Exchange Commission to discuss the implications of Sarbanes-Oxley legislation, and the Final Rules being promulgated by the SEC.

The program is designed for both practitioners and students. Attorneys are eligible to receive CLE credit. (Please contact CBLR directly for CLE registration, and fee information.) Students working in corporate law firms this summer and in the future are strongly encouraged to attend and learn about this important legislation.
