CLS Professors Named Top Corporate Governance Experts

Professors John C. Coffee and Harvey J. Goldschmid '65 are the only law school faculty in the nation to have been selected for inclusion in Who's Who Legal USA - Corporate Governance 2006, an upcoming guide to legal experts on corporate governance.

The publication of a Who's Who guide to experts in corporate governance follows on the success of a previous guide, The International Who's Who of Business Lawyers. Both Who's Who guides are published by Law Business Research Limited of London; the corporate governance directory becomes available in November. It is distributed to a large number of corporate counsel with a specific interest in corporate governance.

The guide is also posted at www.WhosWhoLegal.com, and is distributed at premier business law conferences worldwide.
