Seth Weinberg is a principal and founder of Weinberg Zareh Malkin Price LLP, a boutique midtown law firm, where he co-heads the corporate and transactional practice and manages their beverage alcohol practice. He regularly advises consumer goods and service companies, with a focus on participants in the beverage alcohol industry.

Seth has advised a variety of beverage entrepreneurs in bringing new and unique products to market, developing and implementing marketing concepts, establishing and administering regulatory compliance plans and analyzing routes to market.  On behalf of clients, Seth has engaged directly with regulators at the local, state and federal levels to argue for the modification and modernization of laws related to consumer goods products and the ways consumers interact with them.

Prior to opening his practice, Seth was the General Counsel of Castle Brands Inc., a publicly traded developer, importer and marketer of emerging spirits brands. Seth also practiced in the corporate departments of Dewey Ballantine LLP and Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP, focusing on private equity and investment management transactions, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets.  Seth graduated Columbia Law School in 1998 and is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.
